Yachats Village -
Located in beautiful Yachats, Oregon, this three-phase project is currently in its first
phase of design and construction. The Village is made up of a wide variety of units,
encouraging the development of a diversified community.
Monroe Library
- The community of Monroe, Oregon has outgrown its current library facility.
Currently in design development, this project entails relocating and incorporating the
existing train depot into the design of the new library.
Prest Residence - An
Arts & Crafts style home located on the coast of Oregon. Currently in
construction.
Schrader Residence
- This project serves as a good example of how our design process seamlessly transitions
into construction documentation and then into the real thing. This three-level home
embraces its sloping site, utilizing the change in grade to create additional living
spaces.
Beazell Forest Education
Center - Originally the historic Plunkett family barn, this extensive remodel upgraded
the existing space while remaining true to the barn's rich history. This multi-use
facility was designed for functions such as: family and group gatherings, parties, and
educational seminars.
